Service Description

PBIS training focuses on promoting positive behaviors in students through proactive strategies, teaching new skills, and creating a positive school environment. It aims to improve overall school climate and student outcomes by teaching staff effective behavior management techniques. Inclusive Behavior Consulting’s PBIS Training services are provided in person, through live online sessions, and via pre-recorded content. This approach ensures flexibility and accessibility for schools, allowing staff to engage in the training in a way that best suits their schedules and learning styles. ​ PBIS In-Person Training: PBIS In-Person Training is a hands-on learning experience where school staff can engage directly with the trainer, participate in activities, group discussions, role-playing exercises, and receive immediate feedback. In-person training fosters a collaborative environment and promotes a deeper understanding of PBIS concepts through face-to-face interaction. All school staff are encouraged to participate including general education teachers, special education teachers, administrators, counselors, and support staff. PBIS Live Online Training: PBIS Live Online Training provides an interactive learning experience where school staff can participate remotely from any location with an internet connection. The live online training includes all content and activities from the in-person training plus features such as live presentations, Q&A sessions, polls, breakout rooms for group activities, and real-time engagement with the trainer and other participants. PBIS Pre-Recorded Content: Modules covering PBIS strategies, best practices, and implementation techniques. These recordings are designed to be engaging, informative, and accessible at any time, allowing school staff to learn at their own pace. The content includes presentations, demonstrations, real-life examples, case studies, and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience. All PBIS training includes support documents and additional PBIS resources.
